We are looking for a Working Student in Marketing to join our team and help amplify Mula’s marketing initiatives across various channels. In this hybrid role based in Berlin, you’ll dive into a range of marketing activities with a special emphasis on content creation – from crafting engaging social media posts and newsletters to assisting with copywriting for our website and campaigns. This is a 20-hour/week position ideal for a currently enrolled student who is fluent in German and English, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative startup environment. If you have a knack for storytelling, drive for data analysis and a proactive mindset, this role will let you learn by doing and make a real impact on our brand.

- Social Media Content: Create, write, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram). Ensure posts are on-brand and timely, and coordinate with design team members to include eye-catching visuals as needed.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including landing page content and product descriptions, blog snippets, social media posts. Tailor the tone and message for different audiences while maintaining Mula’s voice.
- Newsletter & Email Marketing: Assist in planning, drafting, and sending out our email newsletters and marketing emails.
- Content Planning & Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and editorial planning. Help maintain a content calendar for social media and newsletters, ensuring consistent flow of content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, or seasonal events.
- Brand Consistency: Proofread and edit content in both German (and sometimes English) to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency with our brand style and messaging.
- General Marketing Support: Pitch in on other marketing projects and day-to-day tasks as a true generalist. This could include updating website content or monitoring social media comments and messages, researching industry trends for content ideas, or helping organize small promotional events. You’ll have the chance to wear many hats and learn how different marketing channels work together.
- Analytics & Improvement: Track basic performance metrics of content (likes, shares, open rates, etc.) and gather insights.
