Als Finance Manager.in bei mula. bist du Hauptansprechpartner.in für alle Budget-, Buchhaltungs- und Cashflow-relevanten Themen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Teams und unser Management Entscheidungen auf Basis belastbarer Finanzdaten treffen können. Du überwachst proaktiv Umsatz-, Kosten- und Cashflow-Entwicklungen und identifizierst Handlungsbedarfe und Optimierungspotenziale.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Management-Team zusammen und bist erster Kontaktpunkt bei allen finanziellen Themen
Du managst das financial daily business, und koordinierst die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung über die (vorbereitende) Buchhaltung, und steuerst einen Junior Finance Manager sowie das externe Steuerbüro
Zudem übernimmst du die Mitverantwortung für unsere P&L und die Cashflow-Steuerung
Zudem liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich die Koordination des jährlichen Budgetprozesses (von Erstellung bis Überwachung)
Du bist Ansprechpartner für externe Kooperationspartner wie Banken, Einkaufsfinanzierer und Forderungsmanagement-Dienstleister
Du koordinierst die Lohnbuchhaltung und steuerst unser externes Lohnbüro
Kleinere Controlling-Aufgaben können die Rolle abrunden

Dein Profil

Du besitzt mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finance-Bereich
Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Accounting/Tax mit
Du konntest bereits ein Unternehmen im Führen einer Finance-Funktion unterstützen, hast direkt mit dem Management gearbeitet und hast vorzugsweise Start-Up-Erfahrung
Du hast Lust, unseren Finance-Bereich professionell weiterzuführen und bringst hierzu eine starke Hands-On Mentalität sowie eine positive “Can-Do”-Attitude mit
Eine starke Zahlenaffinität, das Gespür für kaufmännische Prozesse und ein unternehmerisches Mindset sind für dich selbstverständlich
Die Erstellung von Business Cases und andere Excel-Challenges bringen dich nicht ins Schwitzen
Dich zeichnet eine selbständige und äußerst strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, konzeptionelles Denken sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
Du bist idealerweise ab 01.06.2024 verfügbar

Your mission

As a Finance Manager at mula. you will be the main point of contact for all budget, accounting and BI related topics. You ensure that our teams can make decisions based on strong and comprehensive financial data.

Your tasks

Work closely with our CEO and be the first point of contact on all financial issues and decisions
Full responsibility with your team on accounting with interface to the tax advisor
Responsibility for internal controlling within the Sales/Marketing and Operations areas
Management and process set-up in the OPOS control area
Oversight of month end invoice close process
Develop implementation and monitoring of company-specific processes and identification of key risks
Responsibility and coordination in the preparation of monthly reports and monthly and annual financial statements
Responsibility preparation of budgets and medium-term plans
Liquidity planning and management
Introduction of new systems and processes in the area of controlling and accounting

Your profile

At least 3 years of professional experience In accounting or financial reporting
First experience in financial controlling / tax
Strong hands on mentality and doer type of person
High affinity for numbers and a flair for commercial processes
Experience in writing up and maintaining financial models
Independent and structured way of working
Knowledge of data analysis is a plus
